摘要 PURPOSE:To perform ideal adjustment of wheel alignment by correcting a static target value by a difference between tire angles in a static condition and in a dynamic condition and adjusting the wheel alignment being based on the artificial dynamic target value. CONSTITUTION:An automobile 1 advances in a wheel alignment adjusting station S, loading, for instance, front wheels 2FR, 2FL on turn tables 304, and adapting a toe angle measuring plate 401, a toe angle is measured in a static condition by toe angle measuring devices 4FR, 4FL. A control unit previously obtains a difference between tire angles in static and dynamic conditions, correcting a static target value by the above difference setting an artificial dynamic target value, and being based on this artificial dynamic target value, toe angle adjusting devices 5FR, 5FL in a pit P are driven adjusting the toe angle in every wheel 2. Thus almost ideal adjustment of wheel alignment can be performed.
