PURPOSE:To facilitate electric wiring, by providing conductive rubber on a supporting member and pressing a common electrode in the rubber. CONSTITUTION:The signal electrode plate 6 and common electrode plate 7 of a detector are supported in a case by supporting means 8 and 9. The means 9 has a recess D. The cordlike conductive rubber 10 is arranged in the recess 10. The electrode plate 7 is arranged pressing the rubber 10 at a part B. Therefore, each common electrode plate 7 is connected to a common potential through the rubber 10. On the other hand, a notch C is provided on a electrode plate 6, so it never contacts the rubber 10. |
