PURPOSE:To enable a favorable ventilating action to be displayed for a long period of time, day and night, by a method wherein a heat-collecting part and a heat-accumulating part are placed at a ventilating duct provided for a building, and the energy of solar heat is efficiently absorbed into the duct. CONSTITUTION:The ventilating duct 1 provided with an outside-air intake port 2, a pair of intake and exhaust ports 4, 5 opened to the interior side and an air- discharging port 3 opened to the exterior side is provided for the building, the heat-collecting part 6 is placed on the exterior side where rays of solar heat are received, and the heat-accumulating part 7 is jointedly provided between the heat-collecting part 6 and the duct 1. Accordingly, the energy of solar heat is efficiently absorbed into the duct 1, an upward airflow for accelerating ventilation is generated within the duct 1, and a favorable vantilating action is displayed for a long period of time, day and night. For example, in wintry seasons, dampers 8, 9 are closed, and only a damper 10 is opened. In summery seasons, the dampers 8, 9 are opened and the damper 10 is closed at night, and the damper 8 is closed and the dampers 9, 10 are opened in the daytime. |
