A process for the production of particulate graft polymers, characterized in that, in the presence of (b) 10 to 80% by weight, based on the graft polymer, of a particulate highly crosslinked acrylate rubber having an average particle diameter (d50 ) of 0.2 to 1.0 mu m, of which the particles contain (a) a diene rubber core, (c) a mixture of resin-forming vinyl monomers and polyallyl monomers (containing at least 3 allyl groups in the molecule) is graft-polymerized in emulsion and (d) the resulting graft polymer is graft-polymerized with at least one other vinyl monomer, the sum of (c) and (d) making up from 90 to 20% by weight of the graft polymer mentioned.
