PURPOSE:To recover the heat contained in the exhaust gas from a heater for heating the operating fluid through the combustion gas. CONSTITUTION:A heater 32 and a cooler 34 are connected respectively to an expansion cylinder 21 and a compression cylinder 22, then they are coupled each other through a regenerator 33 to constitute a sterling engine. The combustion air to a combustion chamber 35 is heated by the exhaust gas from the heater 32 in a preheater 37. The hot water is supplied from a hot water storage tank 39 to a hot water heater 38 through a pump 40, then heated by the exhaust gas from a heater 3 and a returned to a hot water storage tank 39. The hot water is supplied through a hot water supply port 41 to desired position.
