A method for manufacturing the flange materials comprises: fixing the narrow side of the flat steel bar on the axis of the rollers; winding the flat steel bar with a winding machine; cutting the spiral-shaped flat steel bar directly to the direction of axis; and welding the flange materials simultaneously with pressing.
