PURPOSE:To obtain specified quality of treated water by providing the bottomed filter which has a filter membrane on its side surface and is revolved in the center part of a water vessel, and installing a discharge pipe to discharge the treated water oozing into the bottomed cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:An influent passage 5 and an effluent passage 6 of water to be treated are provided to the water vessel 1 consisting of a side wall 2 and a bottom plate 3, and the bottomed cylindrical body 7 is provided which has the filter membrane 8 on its side surface and is revolved, and a discharge pipe 14 is installed through which the treated water oozing the bottomed cylindrical body 7 is discharged. Thus, suspended matter and organic substances, etc., contained in the water to be treated are efficiently removed by the filter membrane provided on the side surface of the bottomed cylindrical body. When there is the risk that solids such as suspended matter, sand, etc., and organic substances, etc., may stick to the filter membrane which may result in clogging, the bottomed cylindrical body is revolved to generate turbulent flow on the surface of the filter membrane so that the clogging is prevented or eliminated. |
