PURPOSE:To improve both the fluidity of molding material and the degreasing properties of a molded form by adding fatty acid amide or alkyl urea into a binder for injection-molding fine ceramic. CONSTITUTION:In a binder composition for injection molding which is mixed with fine ceramic powder (e.g., compounding powder of fine ceramic such as Si3N4, SiC, Al2O3 and ZrO2) to be injection-molded, fatty acid amide (e.g., bisamide shown in a formula I) or alkyl urea (e.g., alkyl urea shown in a formula II) is added. By the above-mentioned method, both the fluidity of molding material and the degreasing properties of the molded form can be improved even in the existence of a dispersant, a lubricant and organic acid incorporated as a solvent. As a result, the yield is remarkably improved and the quality of a fine ceramic product can be improved. |
