PURPOSE:To perform stable welding by arranging a positive electrode and a negative electrode independently respectively to a welding head and constituting the title resistance welding equipment with specific structure having a detecting mechanism of a weld zone. CONSTITUTION:The contact between the positive and negative electrodes 45 and 46 and the weld zone 32 is accordance with falls of spline shafts 36 is detected by separating of sensors 49 from detection plates 50. The electrodes 45 and 46 pressed by springs 47 of elastic pressing mechanisms 48 then presses a fine wire 5 on a base plate terminal 3 and when a welding current is impressed on this, this is joined to the base plate terminal 3 via the fine wire 5. Afterward, further, a surrounding terminal 4 is subjected to resistance welding in opposition to both electrodes 45 and 46 by the same action as welding at the base plate terminal 3 side. By this method, after both terminals 3 and 4 are connected, both electrodes 45 and 46 are raised and the fine wire 5 is cut to finish one cycle. By this method, the welding current can be impressed in a state with the pressure applied and the stable welding can be performed. |
