PURPOSE:To form a non-repellent and uniformly strong coat and thereby eliminate back surface transfer of an ink layer without sticking by providing a protective layer consisting of a mixture of swelling inorganic stratified silicate, water-dispersant thermoplastic resin and organopolysiloxane of a specific weight ratio. CONSTITUTION:Swelling inorganic stratified silicate (a) is used as an inorganic coating component. In a protective layer, the silicate exists in the form of fine particles formed at least by partial interlayer separation using the swelling property. Water-soluble or water-dispersant thermoplastic resin (b) is thermoplastic resin which is dissolved, emulsified and suspended in water. Water-soluble or water-dispersant organopolysiloxane (c) is required to have a weight ratio of 1/20 to 5/1 for a/c and also 5/1 to 1/40 for a+c/b. This is because of an increase in coat fragility which is not desirable in terms of strength, if the weight ratio is larger than 5/1. If the weight ratio is smaller than 1/40, the sticking preventive effects are insufficient as an undesirable result. |
