PURPOSE:To eliminate trouble of correcting the number of time chiming by automatically inputting a number matching signal into a number matching means once per 12hr. CONSTITUTION:Upon the reaching of a specified right time, a number matching switch 21 is turned ON and a number matching signal of a number matching input circuit 13 is inputted into a chiming number memory in a time piece while a chime sound cycle signal is generated. This enables automatic correction of the contents of the chiming number memroy correctly when they are rewritten due to noise or the like.
