<p>PURPOSE:To enhance processing accuracy, by inserting a press mold, which has the shape corresponding to that of a container main body, in the container main body during at least one of a press process and a cutting process. CONSTITUTION:A plastic sheet 30 having a thickness necessary for forming a container is heated by a heater 31 and molded into a molded product 20 using a mold 32. Next, the container 10 constituting the molded product 20 is roughly separated and the thickness of the flange part 13 thereof is reduced and the width thereof is set to a predetermined one but a male mold 23 having the shape corresponding to that of the container main body 10 is mounted in the separated container main body 10 and said container body 10 is arranged on the first fixing plate 21 so that the flange part 13 is turned downward. Continuously, a hot plug 22 falls from above to press the flange part 13 between the plug and the first fixing plate 21 to set the thickness of said flange part 13 to a predetermined one. At the point of time when the flange part 13 becomes the predetermined thickness, the hot plug 22 is raised to finish the collapse of the flange part due to pressing. Since the container main body can be stably held during processing, processing accuracy can be enhanced.</p> |
