PURPOSE:To produce reduced ore having the fixed quality by arranging a high level meter and a low level meter in a down comer discharging powdery ore and circulating the powdery ore between a riser and the down comer so as to become each levelling condition in accordance with stopping the discharge. CONSTITUTION:The low level meter 18 and the high level meter 19 are arranged in a hopper 11 of the down comer 2. When a supplying device 15 for discharging the powdery ore is opening-state, this signal is inputted to the low level adjuster 16 and the low level meter 18 is turned on. The level of the powdery ore in the hopper 11 is detected with the low level meter 18 and the detected value is outputted to a raw material supplying device 7, to control flow rate of the raw material powdery ore carried to the riser 1. At the time of stopping the discharge of the powdery ore, the signal of closing-state in a supplying device 15 is outputted to a level adjuster 17, and the high level meter 19 is turned on, to detect the level in the hopper 11. The powdery ore quantity stored during stopping the discharge is circulated from the detected value, and control signal is outputted to raw material supplying tube 6 from the level adjuster 17. So as to carry the raw material powdery ore 5 with the flow rate corresponding to the above calculated value. |
