<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the sizes of a water vapor pressure-reducing valve, a control valve and an in-line heater, by providing a heat exchanger comprising preheating and heating sections with two hot water tanks, feeding hot water at a predetermined temperature from one of the hot water tanks to the heating section to treat a liquid at the time of starting an operation, and switching to a normal operation line before recirculation of cooled hot water. CONSTITUTION:A hot water tank 13 is provided in connection with a hot water tank 9 through three-way valves 11, 12 provided respectively at outlet and inlet ports of the tank 9. Hot water is provided in the hot water tank 13 when this controller is at rest. At the time of starting feeding of a liquid 4 to be treated, the valves 11, 12 are switched to the side of the tank 13, and the operation is started. When a treatment of the liquid 4 in a heating section 3 is finished, the liquid is fed as a heating medium to a preheating section 2, whereas hot water cooled in the heating section 3 is returned into the hot water tank 13. Before the returned hot water is again feed out of the tank 13, the valves 11, 12 are switched to form a hot water circulating line extended from the hot water tank 9, whereby a normal operation is conducted. In the normal operation, the temperature in the heating section 3 is automatically controlled by a pressure-reducing valve 6 at a water vapor inlet and a control valve 7.</p> |
