To the locking lever 25, one end of a cam lever 9 is connected and locked at the time of feeding the magnetic tape at high speed, and no brake is applied on reel bases 19 and 20, however, the lock in the cam lever 9 is released by turning the locking lever 25, and a brake slider 14 connected to the cam lever 9 is moved by a spring 18.
