<p>PURPOSE:To perfectly press a tape to a curved surface of every kind, by detecting the change of the distances between roller members in the vicinity of both end parts and a mount body and shaking a tape bonding head in a direction making both distances equal to displace the same along a guide mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A press roller 20 is held by the roller mount body 26 mounted on a tape bonding head 1 through a press roller bracket 27. The dimensions La, Lb of roller members 24 in the vicinity of both ends in an up-and-down direction are measured by sensors 82a, 82b, 82c, 82d and these measuring signals are inputted to a microcomputer 87. Herein, a control angle, that is, the shaking angle DELTAtheta of the tape bonding head 1 is calculated. When the pulse corresponding to the shaking angle DELTAtheta is sent to an NC apparatus 88 to operate an A-axis servo motor 53, the tape bonding head 1 is shaken along an A-axis slide way 125. By this method, the height positions of both roller members 24 become equal mutually and the total surface of a tape 10 is pressed so as to cross a surface 300 at a right angle.</p> |
