PURPOSE:To prevent the hooking of the edge of a punched hole with a mold, by providing a dummy cavity separate from a cavity for a molded product to either one of two film pressing members for fixing a printed film on both sides thereof at the punching time of said film. CONSTITUTION:A punching female mold 28 is closely brought into contact with a guide blade 26 and, at the same time, a film fixing pin 22 protrudes. Subsequently, when a movable plate 14 is moved, the punching female mold 28 is brought into contact with a fixed mold 12. The movable plate 4 is further advanced to punch the part of the pattern 56 of a printed film 38 and the punched part is grasped by a punching male mold 24 and the film fixing pin 22 and a movable mold 16 is further advanced to perfectly closed the mold. A molten resin is injected from a sprue 20 in this state to perform molding in a cavity 17 and, at the same time, a cut film is welded to the molded product and the molten resin is simultaneously injected in a dummy cavity 27 from the sprue 20 through the connection sprue 31 of the punching female mold 28 to mold a dummy molded product 60 which is, in turn, welded to the printed film 38. |
