摘要 PURPOSE:To provide high performance of anti-skid control in high precision by using the calculation result from a wheel acceleration calculating means with either long or short calculating cycle selectively according to a request with high calculational accuracy or high response. CONSTITUTION:A signal from a wheel speed sensor 26a undergoes waveform shaping by a comparator 201 and entered into a time latch 202 and a pulse counter 203, and at its every rise, this time latch 202 updates the time T from a timer 204, followed by entering into another time latch 205. At every rise of a rectangular signal with a certain period given by an oscillator circuit 20, the time latch 205 takes in the updated time T at 202 as Tn, and at the same time, the previous take-in time is transferred as Tn+1 to a third time latch 207, which stores the Tn+1. A calculator circuit 208 takes in the number of pulses Nn from Tn+1 to Tn and emits the wheel speed as output, and further determines the wheel acceleration. In case high calculational precision is required, the period of the rectangular signal from the oscillator circuit 206 is made longer, while made shorter in case high response is required.
