摘要 PURPOSE:To enable accurate and useful measurement of a temperature, by a method wherein radiation from an object to be measured is divided into a plurality of wavelengths using a plurality of BPFs to detect intensity of radiation at respective wavelengths and a plurality of detection values are compared to calculate a radiation temperature. CONSTITUTION:It is assumed that radiation characteristic from an object is as shown by a curve 6. When this is that of a black object, radiation should be as shown by the dotted line 7. But, here, a large slump takes place at a wavelength lambda2 and hence, a ratio Y1/Y2 of the radiation intensity does not show accurate temperature. However, three ratios i.e. Y1/Y3, Y1/Y4 and Y3/Y4 are expected to show almost the same results of measurement. In this manner, many results of measurement can be compared to measure accurate temperature. As a result, radiation condensed with a convex mirror 10 and a convex mirror 11 is made incident sequentially into a light receiving element 15 passing through a plurality of BPFs 13 on a rotary plate 12. The element 15 learns a timing at which the BPF 13 passes the front from a sensor 18 and sends the current measured value to an amplifier 16. A CPU 17 calculates the measured value from the amplifier 16 by an above-mentioned method and the results are shown on a display device 19.
