<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the handling and enhance the safety by furnishing an overload sensor to sense overload on a goods placing table, and installing an overload informing member to be actuated on the basis of the output of this sensor. CONSTITUTION:If the load on a goods placing table is greater than the set value by a spring 55, i.e. an overloading, when an elevating/sinking cylinder 5 is to be lifted with pumping action of a handle to heave the placing table, the working oil fed into the cylinder 5 from a pump opens a relief valve 52 and flows out to a tank 14. At this time, a sensor rod 58 is lifted by the relief oil to turn on a switch 62 (overload sensor), which actuates an alarm sound generator 65 (overload informing member) so as to emit an alarming sound from a speaker 64, and thus an operator is informed of overloading.
