The coffee machine has a chassis (10) which supports a boiler (41) and taps (26) to supply the water and steam. The cover of the machine has removable lateral panels (14,15) and an upper plate (16). A front panel (27) rocks to free a pivot (25) on the front of each panel and the front edge (28) of the upper plate. - The lateral panels have studs (20) on the top of their inner surfaces which slide in U-shaped guides (12), joined to the chassis. Their lower edges ove in the grooves of guides (11), joined to the base of the chassis.
