The circuit for effective data communication eliminates the recovery time caused by conversion of read/write mode between serial communication controllers for the multiusers. An output tap (INTACK) for transmitting the interrupt recognising signal and output taps (CE1, CE2) for transmistting the chip enable signal are connected to input taps of serial controllers (21,22) for interrupt recognising signals (INTACK1, INTACK2) (21,22) for chip enable signal (CE1, CE2).
