摘要 Lactobacillus bulgaricus was inoculted into a chopped mixt. contg. tomato, Aloe, and cucumber, fermented at 30≦̸C for 2.5 days, and extracted to give its broth. The resulting broth was mixed with saccharose and acid (sweetness=140 and acidity=0.6%) and filtered to give a final product.
