PURPOSE:To use newspaper accounts efficiently, to decrease the labor of printing at a newspaper office and to use sources effectively by blocking-processing every account, adding layout information and broadcasting-distributing them. CONSTITUTION:A transmitter 1 transmits newspaper account information made by blocking-processing every account by, for example, a coding transmission system. The newspaper account information consists of account information converted into digital values, page information and layout information on each page. On a receiving side, the received newspaper account information is processed by a CPU 9 so that one page of a normal newspaper can be seen. By selecting a page by an operation part 11, the desired page can be seen on a picture display device 10 and its accounts can be printed out 13. Thus, the newspaper accounts can be used efficiently, it becomes unnecessary to print many newspapers at the newspaper office the sources can be used effectively.
