PURPOSE:To raise an operation rate by operating the measured data on magnification angle trimming data by means of distributing automatically classified by sheets in accordance with a scanner data table stored in a storage holding means and confirming and correcting manually the data. CONSTITUTION:Magnification angle trimming data that one sheet can contain is temporarily stored as a data file classified by sheets in the storage holding means 1 and the data which is laid out on one sheet by a data operation means 4 is temporarily displayed at the display device such as confirming and correcting means 4. The data whose final outputting form of a sheet is confirmed and corrected by the confirming and correcting means 4 is drawn and outputted on the sheet by a sheet outputting means 5. Consequently, an original sticking sheet matched to the currently used scanning drum of various scanners and the magnification angle trimming data can be efficiently laid out on one sheet. Thus, the operation rate of the scanner is raised. |
