<p>PURPOSE:To simply and efficiently form a prepayment card with a photograph, and to prevent an image such as a photograph from being superposed on various displays to be printed on both sides of the surface of the card by providing an image receiving layer to carry the image such as the photograph or the like and providing fog preventive masks on both sides of the surface provided with the image receiving layer. CONSTITUTION:The whole surface of a card member 3 supplied as a telephone card is coated with an image receiving layer 5 in a layer state, and fog preventive masking tapes 8 adheres to both sides of the coated surface. A transfer image to be printed on the layer 5 of the member 3 fed through the previous steps is formed, and thermally transferred to the layer 5. The tapes 8 so adheres to the parts to conceal the vicinity at both upper and lower sides recorded with a call rate display 5 for displaying call rate fee of the member 3, and a predetermined item display 7 for displaying identification of telephone card, total call rates, and card inserting direction at the time of use so that the image to be thermally transferred is not superposed on the displays 6, 7.</p> |
