<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the through hole of a metallic plate from being defectively filled with resin, while metallic foils may be laminated without occurrence of recessed parts by causing the molten fluidity of the resin in the prepreg lapped in between the metallic plates provided with through holes to be larger than that of the resin in the prepreg lapped on the outer surface of the metallic plate of outermost layer. CONSTITUTION:Prepregs 3a, 3b are prepared in such a manner that the glass cloth or paper as a substrate is impregnated with the thermosetting resin such as epoxy resin or polyamide and is dried. The prepreg 3a in said prepregs is used for an intermediate layer, and the prepreg 3b is used for an outer layer. Then the molten fluidity of the resin with which the prepreg 3a for the intermediate layer is impregnated, is prepared to be larger than that of the resin with which the prepreg 3b for the outer layer is impregnated. The material thus prepared is used. In such process, the inside of a through hole 1 is mainly filled with the resin of the inner prepreg 3a, and since the resin amount flowing into the through hole 1 from the outer prepreg 3b is small, the occurrence of the recessed parts 13 on the outer prepreg 3b is reduced. Accordingly, the occurrence of the recessed parts on the metallic foil 6 to be laminated may be reduced.</p> |
