<p>PURPOSE:To realize an image having high surface density by a simple constitution and to obtain an image device having high accuracy at a low cost by executing a scan in a state that an arrangement form of a sensor array has been rotated by a prescribed angle which can be set arbitrarily. CONSTITUTION:X rays which is radiated from an X-ray source 1 are shaped to a sector-like X-ray beam by a slit 3. The slit 3 is set to an arbitrary angle on a slit driving base 2, and a measured value of its rotational angle is used as data for reconstituting an image. The X-ray beam which has passed through the slit 3 is radiated to a body to be inspected, and the X-ray beam which has transmitted through is detected by a sensor array 5 on a sensor array driving base 4. The sensor array 5 is connected to a rotary mechanism 9, and can be turned by a desired rotational angle, based on a remote control signal for designating the rotational angle. In such a way, plural pieces of images whose picture element pitches are different can be measured easily even by the sensor array 5 of the same pitch, therefore, by correcting artifact caused by a prescribed sensor pitch, an image being free from an artifact can be obtained.</p> |
