Device for opening, locking in the open position, then folding back the two-leaf shutters of a dwelling. The invention relates to a device making it possible to open shutters then fold them back without effort, as well as to lock them in the open position, all without leaning out. It consists of a cylindrical lever made in one piece modelled in three parts. The first straight part 3 is fixed onto the inside of the shutter by one or more anchoring points 4 including a groove in which it slides and pivots. The second part 2 forms an angle of 90 DEG with the first part 3 and the third part, acting as a handle 3, forms an angle of 100 DEG with the second part, on a plane perpendicular to the first one. <IMAGE>
