The tubular scaffolding frame consists of two parallel tubes (1) joined by a crosspiece (2). Each tube (1) has a coupling (5) at one end and is rigidly joined to a guide-piece (3) at the other end. The first coupling (5) has a pin protruding from the tube-casing, with the pin going into a second coupling (7) belonging to an adjacent scaffolding frame. The guide-piece (3) is in the form of a hollow prism which has an elongated cut-out section (9) in the axial direction of the tube. The cut-out section (9) is shorter than the height of the hollow prism, and less wide than the OD of the tube. USE/ADVANTAGE - Two tubes of a scaffolding frame can be locked vertically together by means of a guide peice and two coupings with pin.
