摘要 A process for producing an atomic absorption analyzing carbon furnace has first mixes the mixture powder of one or more types of carbon powders with thermoset resin monomer and/or initial condensate polymer as a material of a carbide binder for binding the mixture powder and thermoplastic resin having a functional group for crosslinking to harden in reaction with the thermoset resin component decomposed at heating time, uniformly kneads the mixture composition, to which solvent or plasticizer consolute with the resin components is added with the resultant mixture in a mixer, and then sufficiently kneads the kneaded mixture in a kneader for applying shearing force highly to the kneaded mixture. The kneaded mixture thus obtained is shaped in a pipe shape, then heated in an air oven to volatilize the contained solvent and plasticizer. The mixture is then secondarily worked, such as chamfering, drilling to be formed in a desired atomic absorption analyzing carbon furnace, and the carbon furnace has maintained accurate dimensional shape.
