A pneumatic tyre comprises reinforced fine yarns twined around warp cords to maintain regular intervals between warps. The knitting fabric (10) is prepared by arranging the warp (11) which is organic fibre such as polyamid, polyester parallel to each other, setting wefts (12)(13) on the warps to cross the warps at an angle of 90 degree approximately, and twining fine yarns around the warps and the wefts without weaving. The pneumatic tyre has bias or radial structure, in that carcass is formed. The tyre has improved durability and the quality of tyre is made more uniform because the knitted cloth is not woven.
