PURPOSE:To improve capacitor characteristics and reliability with low cost material, by using organic semiconductor composed of isoquinoline derivative and N,N'-dicyanoquinodiimine complex as electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:As solid electrolyte, organic semiconductor composed of isoquinoline derivative and N,N'-dicyanoquinodiimine complex is used. That is, in the organic semiconductor composed of DCNQI and isoquinoline derivative, DCNQI being acceptor material has acceptor effect and restoring action of an anode oxide coating film which are the same degree as compared with TCNQ. Further DCNQI can be synthesized from benzoquinone by one stage reaction. Thereby, as compared with usual TCNQ complex, the material cost per 1kg can be reduced to approx. 1/10, and a solid electrolytic capacitor having excellent capacitor initial characteristics and reliability can be manufactured. |
