A resilient suspension buffer comprises an inner sleeve with a partially spherical outer surface which is formed on an axially central part of the inner sleeve, an outer sleeve which is arranged radially on the outside of the inner sleeve and has a pair of precompression parts directed radially inwards from its opposite ends, a sliding sleeve which slidingly touches the partially spherical surface of the inner sleeve and has a plurality of axial slots and also at least one projection formed on its outer surface and delimiting a radial gap with respect to the outer sleeve, and a pair of resilient bushings arranged between the sliding sleeve and the outer sleeve. Each resilient bushing is axially precompressed between the at least one projection and a corresponding part of the precompression parts of the outer sleeve. The resilient bushings are radially precompressed between the outer sleeve and the sliding sleeve. A sealing collar is formed integrally on each resilient bushing in such a way that it extends from the outer axial end of the bushing and covers an exposed area of the outer circumferential surface of the inner sleeve in a fluid-tight manner. |
