An alcohol sensor is connected to a signal amplifier (1) connected to a schmidt trigger circuit (2) for shaping distortion of amplified signal of driving transistor (Tr1). A circuit (3) for driving ramp and speaker and a circuit (4) for driving relay are connected to a transistor (Tr2) in parallel. A power unit (5) comprising a diode (D2), condensers (C2, C3) and a regulator (REG) is connected to a relay driving circuit (4). A relay switch (SW2) breakes an ignition circuit comprising a battary (BAT), an ignition coil (IGC), an ignition motor and a key unit when the transistor (Tr1) turns on according to the signal from schmidt trigger circuit.
