PURPOSE:To reduce the load of a light source, to prolong its service life and to simplify heat-countermeasures by adjusting the speeds of an exposure scanner moving means and photosensitive body moving means according to a density setting signal, and thereby adjusting density. CONSTITUTION:A panel control part 54 reads out a density value set by the switch part 52 of a panel part 51 as a density adjusting means, and controls the light-up of an LED on a display part 53. Simultaneously, the control part transmits the density setting signal 56 to an exposing speed control means 55. Its CPU 57 receives the signal 56 through an input port 58, calculates the exposing speed to correspond with the set density value, transmits driving signals 60a and 60b to a pulse motor for exposing and scanning 61a as the exposure scanner moving means and a pulse motor for moving a photosensitive body 61b, respectively, and drives an original platen glass moving part 62a and a feed roller moving part 62b. |
