PRODUCTION OF NEW CATALYST COMPONENTS FOR POLYMERIZING ALPHA-OLEFIN

摘要

A solid catalyst component for the polymerization of an α-olefin (CH2=CHR) [R is C1-6 alkyl , and a mix. of the olefin and minor amt. of ethylene is prepd. by transforming an emulsion or a dispersion of a liq. phase to a solid phase contg. Mg halide and Ti cpd.. The emulsion or dispersion is obtained by mixing the liq. phase in an inert liq. medium or in an inert gas phase. The liq. phase comprises a cpd. or a compsn. contg. Ti and Mg cpd, or a precursor of a catalystic component.
