Device for producing an angiography, in particular a fluorescence angiography, having a radiation source which effects an irradiation, which has an exciting effect, of a vessel which is preferably supplied with fluorescence means, and having a photographic film camera. In order to improve a device of the type mentioned at the beginning in such a way that the angiography can be produced using a minimum of radiant energy, compared with continuous irradiation or exposure, which is used in conjunction with quick-acting mechanical or optical shutter systems, it is constructed in such a way that the radiation source provided is a pulsed radiation source and the film camera provided is a video camera, and that the pulsed radiation can be triggered at the full opening of the camera shutter.
