In connection with a ventilation system for rooms, in which system the air is introduced at low impulse into a room close to the floor and is conveyed there upwards towards the ceiling under the influence of existing heat sources by the generation of an ascending force, the surface, at least of the ceiling construction, facing the interior of the room is designed with a metallic shine in order to minimise the heat flow caused by radiation from the room ceiling to the floor.
