PURPOSE:To cope with respective types of communication requests only with being equipped with a single modulator/demodulator for every opposite communication earth station with every earth station by dynamically allotting the data speed of a digital modulating wave and carrier radio frequencies according to a communication traffic quantity. CONSTITUTION:Respective earth stations 2-4 are equipped with a modulator/ demodulator for every opposite communication earth station, detect the data speed on information transmitted by one or >=2 earth lines housed in themselves, and issue the line allotment requests. The earth stations 2-4 with multiple access control means take the communication traffic quantity into consideration, and designate the proper data speed and the carrier frequencies. As a result, in the earth stations 2-4 issued the line allotment requests, the corresponding modulator/demodulator is controlled so as to be operated by the designated data speed and the carrier frequencies. |
