PURPOSE:To obtain a hub capable of generating an optical memory disk with a few amount of warpage and high reliability by performing the injection molding of a specific mixture by applying a magnetic field on an injection molding metallic die. CONSTITUTION:The hub is generated by using a metallic die 1 for fixing and a metallic die 2 at a moving side and performing the injection molding of the specific mixture of thermoplastic resin of 15-55wt.% and magnetic fiber of 45-85wt.% as applying the magnetic field on a cavity 6 via a solenoid coil 3. The hub is hard to increase the index to be refracted of the optical memory disk remarkably by hub bonding or the change of an environmental condition, and it is possible to generate the optical memory disk with a few amount of warpage and high reliability by using the hub. |
