Compounds of structure (I) <CHEM> in which R<1> is hydrogen, C1-6alkyl, C1-6alkoxy, C1-6alkoxyC1-6alkyl, C3-6cycloalkyl, C3-6cycloalkylC1-6alkyl, phenyl, phenylC1-6alkyl, the phenyl groups being optionally substituted; R<2> is C1-6alkyl, C3-6cycloalkyl, C3-6cycloalkyl-C1-6alkyl, phenyl or phenylC1-6alkyl the phenyl groups being optionally substituted by 1-3 radicals selected from C1-6alkyl, C1-6alkoxy, amino C1-6alkylthio, halogen, cyano, hydroxy, carbamoyl, carboxy, C1-6alkanoyl or trifluoromethyl; R<3> is hydrogen, C1-6alkyl, C1-6alkoxy or COC1-6alkyl; n is 1 or 2, and A is -SCH=CH- or -CH=CHS-; processes for their preparation, intermediates useful in their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use in therapy as anti-ulcer agents.
