<p>PURPOSE:To successively coat the peripheral shear caulked parts of a shell with paint and to increase work efficiency by obliquely holding the shell, placing a paint vessel under the shell so that one of the caulked parts can be dipped in paint in the vessel and rotating the shell. CONSTITUTION:A shell 2 is held with the axis A inclined and a paint vessel 12 is placed under the shell 2 so that the lower part of the peripheral shear caulked parts 8 can be dipped in paint 10 in the vessel 12. The shell 2 is then rotated on the axis A. The caulked parts 8 are rotated, successively dipped in the paint 10 and immediately taken out of the paint, so the paint 10 is uniformly adhered to all the caulked parts 8 in a short time and uniform coating with anticorrosive paint can be carried out.</p> |
