PURPOSE:To reduce the manhour of developing and manufacturing processes by forming a microprocessor and plural peripheral circuits to be prepared beforehand as individual semiconductor integrated circuit devices, respectively, and composing a microcomputer system corresponding to the microcomputer of one chip on a packaging substrate. CONSTITUTION:A microprocessor CPU and plural peripheral circuits LC1-LC6 to be prepared beforehand are formed as individual semiconductor integrated circuit devices, respectively. The microcomputer system for a development is composed which is corresponding to the microcomputer of one chip to have the microprocessor and peripheral circuits LC1-LC6 to be mounted according to the specification of a user on a packaging substrate PB. For the one chip microcomputer for a system developer, it is sufficient to incorporate the semiconductor integrated circuit devices to be formed beforehand on the packaging substrate PB. Thus, the manhour of the developing and manufacturing processes can be reduced. |
