<p>PURPOSE:To improve the reaction rate of unreacted absorbent and to efficiently utilize the ash of dust collector by cooling on-line the ash of dust collector which is discharged in high temp. and contains unreacted absorbent, and sending back into the waste gas thereafter. CONSTITUTION:The ash caught by the dust collector 1 is sent to an ash chute 3 by an ash sending-out conveyer 2 and divided into the ash to be reused and the ash to be discharged to the outside of the system by a controlling damper 4. The ash to be reutilized is sent to a collected ash cooling and transportation unit 7 from a chute 5 in the reutilizing side of collecting ash. A water cooling screw 8 cooling and transporting the ash is built in in the collected ash cooling and transportation unit 7, and the water cooled screw 8 is made in a hollow shape to continuously supply cooling water W1 so that the collected ash is cooled during the transportation by the screw 8. Then, the ash is sent out from a sending-out unit 13 to be sent to a reaction chamber 17.</p> |
