<p>The microemulsion is of the type containing a water-soluble phase and a lipid phase, comprising, in the form of a mixture: . at least one water-soluble phase, . at least one lipid phase, . at least one surfactant, . at least one cosurfactant, characterised: - in that the surfactant is a mixed ester of glycerol and polyethylene glycol and represents at least ten per cent (10%) by weight of the mixture; - in that the cosurfactant is an ester of polyglycerol and a liquid fatty acid, which is in the mixture in a smaller proportion than that of the surfactant and represents at least five per cent (5%) by weight of the mixture; - and in that the lipid compound possesses a hydrophilic/lipophilic balance not exceeding three. Use envisaged: pharmaceutical excipients or cosmetological bases.</p> |
