The support has a circular outer peripheral surface and carries a set of combs which extend parallel to the rotational axis of the support. The combs are mounted on the support in such a way that the spine of each comb is held by the support with the teeth located radially outward of the peripheral surface of the support. The spines of the combs all project radially outward of such peripheral surface by the same distance.
