PURPOSE:To improve the discriminating efficiency of an error part as well as the error correcting efficiency, by printing double the print output of an error data part in order to increase the print density of the error data part. CONSTITUTION:In a printing mode, both source data and error data are read out by a row out of each file and stored in a data buffer 3. At the same time, the sentence numbers of both data are compared with each other at a sentence number comparing part 4. When the coincidence is obtained between both sentence numbers, an error data print command part 9 is actuated by a coincidence output given from the part 4. As a result, the error source data in the buffer 3 is printed on a form 11. The part 9 gives a print command to a printer 10 and then actuates a normal data print command part 6 without giving a command for replacement of data and the line feed. Thus the source data of the same sentence is printed double at the same position of the form 11. |
