PURPOSE:To obtain an amorphous soft magnetic material, which has Bs of 3000G or less and in which no magnetic anisotropy is generated, by composing the amorphous soft magnetic material of Co, Ta and Hf having specific content. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous soft magnetic material consists of Co, Ta and Hf, the content of Co is brought to 70-78atomic%, and the total content ((Ta+Hf) concentration) of Ta and Hf is brought to 22-30atomic%. When the rate of Ta concentration to (Ta+Hf) concentration is set within a range of 0.5-0.7 regarding Ta concentration and Hf concentration at that time, a quantity of dispersion regarding the separate concentration of Ta and Hf within the range approximately has an effect on soft magnetic characteristics. Accordingly, the amorphous soft magnetic material, which has Bs of 3000G or less and in which no magnetic anisotropy is generated, can be acquired. |
