PURPOSE:To make it possible to deluster the surface of molding and to adjust easily its delustered state, by mixing previously a volatile solvent having a boiling point lower than that of a mold in release agent. CONSTITUTION:In a RIM molding, wherein after applying successively releasing agent and barrier coating onto a mold cavity surface the mold is closed and a reactive resin material is introduced into the mold cavity surface, a volatile solvent having a boiling point lower than that of the mold is previously mixed in a releasing agent. As the mold cavity surface is applied with the volatile solvent having a boiling point lower than that of the mold, the volatile solvent contained in the releasing agent is vaporized to form a delicate unevenness on the coated surface. Putting the reactive resin material into the mold, a delicate uneven face is transferred onto a molding and thus the molding with delustered surface is obtained. |
